How long does setup take?

Most clinics are up and running in under a week. Setup means connecting Slack and your inbox. Then HUMANLY learns from your past and present conversations. We handle the heavy lifting — there's no big integration project for your staff or contractors.

Do you replace our existing tools, or work alongside them?

Alongside. Humanly is not another app to switch to. It lives inside the tools you already use. It connects to your Slack, your email, your meetings, and your lab systems. You keep your workflows. Humanly makes them smarter. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-learn.

How does the Quest Diagnostics integration work?

Humanly connects to Quest through our established national account, a direct relationship we have maintained for over 20 years. Your clinic gets access to 2,000+ Quest draw locations nationwide at wholesale pricing. Orders flow automatically: your team selects the panel, Humanly generates the requisition, the patient visits the nearest location, and results come back directly into the system.

Is patient data HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. Humanly is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure from the ground up. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls are role-based. Audit logs track every interaction. We do not train AI models on your patient data. Your data stays yours.

Which messengers do you support?

Slack is our primary integration today. We also support email inbox monitoring, calendar integration, and SMS for patient-facing communication. If your team communicates through it, Humanly can learn from it and respond through it.

Can Humanly handle our specific TRT/HRT protocols?

Yes. Humanly does not ship with a generic template. It learns YOUR protocols from your actual conversations and documents. If your clinic requires fasting testosterone draws before 10 AM, or a specific panel sequence for HRT patients in their first 90 days, Humanly learns that from how your team discusses and enforces it. Your rules become its rules.

What happens when Humanly does not know the answer?

It says so. Humanly does not guess and it does not hallucinate medical advice. When a patient question or clinical scenario falls outside what it has learned from your team, it flags the message for human review and routes it to the right team member. You always have final say.

Do we need our own Quest or LabCorp account?

No. That is the point. Setting up a direct lab account takes months of paperwork, volume commitments, and negotiation. Humanly gives you access through our existing national accounts with Quest and LabCorp. Relationships we have built over two decades. You get transparent pricing from day one.

Can we use this for compounding pharmacy patients?

Absolutely. Compounding pharmacies need regular bloodwork to monitor patients on compounded hormones: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid panels. Humanly handles the lab ordering, prep instructions, result delivery, and follow-up reminders for these patients automatically.

How does Humanly handle multiple providers or locations?

Each provider and location maintains their own patient relationships, schedules, and preferences. But the operational intelligence (protocols, lab rules, support patterns, institutional knowledge) flows across all of them. When one location figures out a better way to handle a common issue, every location benefits.
